中国建筑设计研究院人才培训中心是经建设部批准（建人［1996］381号）于1996年成立，隶属于中国建筑设计研究院，我院归属国务院资产管理委员会。中国建筑设计研究院人才培训中心是国家级行业培训中心，为全国建设行业主要培训基地之一；其前身为中日两国政府合作的JICA项目研究培训基地。培训内容涉及勘察设计、建筑设计、规划设计、景观设计、室内设计、照明设计、陈设艺术设计、房地产开发、建设工程质量、土地资源利用、小城镇规划、村镇建设、建设工程监理、工程造价、物业管理、各类规范、行业标准等。
China Architecture Design & Research Group Training Center, or CADG Training Center, affiliated to China Architecture Design & Research Group (CADG) which is owned by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, was established in 1996 with approval of the Ministry of Construction. CADG Training Center is a national training center in construction industry, and one of national key training bases in this industry. CADG Training Center was formerly a research and training base for Sino-Japanese governmental joint program JICA. The Center provides training in Investigation and Design, Architecture and Building Design, Planning and Design, Landscape Design, Interior Design, Lighting Design, Art and Design Furnishings,Real Estate Development, Construction Quality, Land Resources Utilization, Small Town Planning, Village and Small Town Construction, Construction Supervision, Construction Cost, Property Management, Industry Standards and Codes, etc..
中国建筑设计研究院人才培训中心也是国家住宅与居住环境工程技术研究中心培训部，国家住宅与居住环境工程技术研究中心是经国家科技部与建设部正式批准组建的行业技术研发中心，是国家在住宅与居住环境领域科技攻关的依靠对象，承担国家住宅建设和技术研究重点科研项目，并通过示范工程推进住宅科技成果的转化。国家住宅与居住环境工程技术研究中心人才培训部承担国家住宅建设领域科技人员和科研成果转化的培训任务。主要负责国家住宅建设和技术领域科技人员的培训任务，重点培训对象是住宅建设和建筑设计方面的中、高级专业设计人员和管理人员。
CADG Training Center also acts as the Training Department of China National Engineering Research Center for Human Settlements (CNERCHS), named CNERCHS Training. CNERCHS was established as a technology development body serving the whole housing industry all over China with approval of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Ministry of Construction. Being a main unit responsible for significant scientific and technical research on residential building in the country, CNERCHS has a strong technical force and rich research experience. It has committed to a number of national projects of key scientific and technical researches on housing construction in the country, major international cooperation projects of the Ministry of Construction and the tasks of research and compilation of important residential building standards and codes. CNERCHS Training is responsible for national training on residential building. It provides training programs mainly for middle and senior professional designer and management personnel in residential building and architecture.
中国建筑设计研究院人才培训中心自成立以来，为社会和建筑行业培养了近8万人的专业优秀人才，创造了自身的独特企业文化和企业品牌，受到社会各界的高度赞誉。
There are more than 80,000 people, mainly from construction industry have participated in training programs of CADG Training Center since it was established. The Center has built its own culture and corporate brand and received a good reputation from all walks of life.
中国建筑设计研究院人才培训中心具有北京市教委颁发的《民办学校办学许可证》和国家发改委颁发的《收费许可证》，具有合法的办学资质。
CADG Training Center is a government registered teaching organization, holding a School Running Permit issued by Beijing Municipal Education Commission and License for Fee Collection issued by China National Development and Reform Commission.
培训中心拥有两个可分别容纳百余人的现代化报告厅；有多媒体教学设备31台计算机用于教学，可供近百人用餐的餐厅及全套现代化教学设备。
The Center has a whole set of modernized teaching facilities, including two modernized 100 plus-seating lecture theaters, multi-media equipments and 31 computers for teaching. The Center also has a dining hall which can accommodate up to 100 people.
本中心位于北京市二环线内西直门附近，地理环境优越，交通十分便利。地铁二号线、四号线和城铁13号线、城铁延庆专线（S1）、公交线路7、16、27、44、105、111、375、387、808、392、904、路公共电汽车均可到达。
The CADG Training Center is close to Xizhimen of Second Ring Road, in an exceptional favorable location of good circumstances and easy access to transportation facilities. The Center can be easily reached by public transportations such as subway, city rail, and bus routes 7, 16, 27, 44, 105, 111, 375, 387, 808, 392 and 904.
